The short version
MeasureClub is free to use. The calculators and guides give planning estimates to help you think through a project. They are not professional advice, and you are responsible for checking measurements, quantities and product guidance before you buy or build anything.
Estimates, not advice
Every result depends on the measurements you enter and on the assumptions shown on each page, such as waste allowances, coverage rates and material densities. Real products, rooms and gardens vary, so a result can differ from what you actually need.
- Measure carefully, and check your figures before you order.
- Follow the product label, the manufacturer's instructions and your supplier's advice. Where they differ from this site, they take priority.
- For structural, electrical, gas or other safety-related work, and for anything that needs planning permission or building regulations approval, ask a suitably qualified professional. The calculators estimate quantities only and do not design structures or check that anything is safe.
Accuracy
We work to keep the calculators and guides accurate, show the workings and correct mistakes when we find them. We cannot promise that everything on the site is complete, accurate or up to date, or that the site will always be available.
Our responsibility to you
The site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or cost that comes from using or relying on the site, including the cost of buying too much or too little material, delays, wasted time or work that has to be redone.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
